1. What Bizlink Is

Bizlink is a digital business card platform. Every user gets a public profile page at a short, memorable link — bizlink.click/yourname — that works in any browser on any device. There is nothing to install and no app store approval in the way of the person receiving your card.

One link carries your photo and logo, your contact details, your social and work links, and a QR code. A visitor who opens it can save you as a contact with one tap, because the card downloads as a standard vCard (.vcf) file that lands in any phone's address book.

2. Why We Built It

A paper business card is a snapshot that starts going stale the day it is printed. It is lost in a wallet, typed into a phone weeks after the meeting, and gives the sender no idea whether it was ever used. We wanted a professional identity that is edited once and stays current for everyone who has it, and a way to see that a connection actually happened.

So Bizlink pairs the sharing side — link, QR code, vCard — with the follow-up side: each download is captured with an approximate location and appears on your dashboard, where you can attach timestamped notes (Call, Meeting, Email, WhatsApp), group contacts by place, and export them as CSV when it is time to work through a list.

3. What You Can Do With It

• A unique short link and QR code — the QR image is generated for your profile URL and can be printed on your own materials.
• One-tap vCard download — recipients save you without retyping anything.
• Card scan capture — photograph a paper business card and turn it into a stored contact.
• Analytics and a contact map — see download counts and where your card is reaching, on an interactive OpenStreetMap view.
• Team cards — an organisation can manage cards for its members under one subscription.
• Installable PWA — add Bizlink to your home screen and keep the core card available offline.

4. Who Is Behind It

Bizlink is designed, built and operated in-house by Tunjang Jaya Graftek Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia under 201901031566 (1340896-U). The same team runs hosting, billing, support, and every release — there is no reseller or white-label layer between you and the people who maintain the product. 5. How It Is Priced and Billed

There is a free Personal plan you can stay on indefinitely, and paid Business and Corporate plans for unlimited cards, higher capture volumes, and team features. Plans are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through Razorpay, with monthly and annual options; you can cancel from your own billing page and the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not add platform fees on top of the plan price.

6. How We Handle Your Data

Bizlink signs people in with OAuth (Google, GitHub, LinkedIn) and passkeys, so we never store a password that could be leaked in a breach. Visitor locations on the analytics side come from IP geolocation at the moment of a card download, and personal data is collected only where it serves a feature you are using.

7. Where We Are Heading

Bizlink is live and shipping to paying customers, and the roadmap is driven by what users actually ask for. Features in progress — such as NFC tap-to-share tags and Apple/Google Wallet passes — are marked Planned on the pricing page until they are generally available. We would rather show you the honest state of a feature than promise a date.
